The tests were conducted at ATAL Incubation Center, Center for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad.
Using the state-of-the-art facilities of AIC-CCMB, Hyderabad. During the testing, the protein advanced analytics team has evaluated the Smart Sterilizer unit extensively for microbicidal activity against bacterial and viral agents including E.coli, human influenza, and COVID-19 genetic material. The lab reported that the smart-sterilizer was very effective in disinfecting the microbes’ genetic component, specifically, the SARS-COV-2/COVID-19 plasmid.
